Jeffrey D. Quick, CPA, MA

Jeff is a senior partner at Quick & Associates, a regional accounting and consulting firm in Tucson, Arizona. He specializes in complicated tax matters, business valuations, generation planning and financial and franchise consulting.  Quick & Associates has clients across 20 states, including some of the leading franchises.

Mr. Quick has over 25 years experience advising businesses and franchises in taxation, valuation, financial and generational planning. He has participated in several hundred sales, mergers, purchases, estate, and gift engagements.  Mr. Quick is a frequent lecturer on wealth building, wealth transfers, taxation, and valuation issues faced by franchisees. Along with his partners, they hold classes including the recent “Next Generation Franchisee” class. 

Mr. Quick is a former audit manager and regional controller for McDonald’s Corporation, the largest franchiser in the world. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement in Taxation from the American Institute of CPA’s. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Arizona Society of CPA’s.  

Mr. Quick received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance as well as his Masters of Taxation from Western Illinois University.

Joshua Hudgens, CPA

Josh has been with Q&A for over 11 years and received his Master’s in Accounting from the University of Arizona.  He specializes in tax efficient next generation family planning and providing organizational growth and exit strategies. He is passionate about digging deep to find the best solution to a problem. When he is not at work, he enjoys investing his time with his wife in raising their 3 girls.
